ATTENTION: The reason for the transfer must clearly indicate the order number assigned to the purchase and the date on which it was made.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed when the bank transfer is actually credited to our account. The money transfer usually takes 2-3 days.

• CREDIT CARD (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Aura, PostePay Evolution)
  Secure transaction through PAYPAL and STRIPE circuits.
• PAYMENT ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY
  With an additional cost of €5.00.

PACKAGING TIMES
Packaging times are extremely fast and shipments are dispatched every day (excluding Saturdays and public holidays).
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.

SHIPPING IN ITALY
For shipments throughout Italy (excluding minor islands), BIRRIFICIO CIOCIARO S.R.L. works in collaboration with the express courier SDA.
Shipping is free for orders with a total value equal to or greater than €45,00. For all orders below €45,00, a €7.90 shipping fee applies.
Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of €5,00.
Orders are processed as soon as they are received (subject to unforeseen circumstances).
Delivery will take place within 24/48 hours on working days (from the date the express courier takes charge of the shipment), excluding public holidays, pre-holidays (e.g. Saturday), and national holidays.

BIRRIFICIO CIOCIARO S.R.L. is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.

Please note: Upon receipt of the package, we kindly ask you to check:
– that the number of parcels indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number actually delivered;
– that the package is intact and not damaged. Any claims must be reported to the courier by writing “Received subject to inspection” on the waybill you sign upon delivery. Otherwise, the package will be considered correctly delivered and will thereafter become your responsibility.

The buyer of BIRRIFICIO CIOCIARO S.R.L. may unconditionally withdraw from the purchase contract under the following conditions:

– the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 15 working days of receipt of the goods using the return form.

BIRRIFICIO CIOCIARO S.R.L. will reimburse the buyer the sum paid for the purchase of the products, excluding any shipping costs (if the purchase is less than €50.00).

The following data must be provided with the notice of withdrawal:

• order number;
• bank details on which to obtain the refund transfer or other method with which you wish to be reimbursed

The buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal must, within 15 days of receiving the goods, return the goods (total or partial) at his own expense by sending the package to the address: Contrada Brecceto 8, 03029, Madonna del Pianto, Veroli (FR)

The refund of the sum will be made using the chosen method and free of charge within 15 days of returning the goods, after checking their condition.

In particular, it is requested that the returned product:
- is intact;
- has not been used;
- has not suffered any type of damage;
- is still in its original packaging.

WARRANTY
All the products we sell are covered by a "Satisfaction or Money Back" guarantee.
If they have defects or do not correspond to the description, in application of DL 22/05/99 n. 185, Application of the Right of Withdrawal, are returned, perfectly intact, within 14 days following receipt of the goods.
