Our experience begins with a guided tour of the brewery facilities, led by our knowledgeable brewmaster. You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of beer production, uncovering the secrets behind creating unique and high-quality flavors. The brewmaster will guide you through the mashing, fermentation, and maturation processes, explaining the importance of each stage in crafting the perfect beer. You’ll get up close with the ingredients used, such as malt, hops, and yeast, and understand how each element contributes to the final taste of the beer.

Tasting of 3 beer varieties with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses:
After the facility tour, the most anticipated moment arrives: tasting our craft beers. You’ll be seated in a cozy and relaxing environment, ready to savor our unique flavors. A platter of carefully selected local cured meats and cheeses will be presented to accompany the different characteristics of our beers. You’ll get to enjoy a variety of cured meats, such as prosciutto, lonza, pancetta, and guanciale, along with artisanal cheeses like pecorino and buffalo mozzarella. This combination of local flavors pairs perfectly with the various beer varieties you’ll have the opportunity to taste.

During the tasting, our brewmaster will guide you through the characteristics and aromas of each beer you sample.
